Job Position – Education Sector Business Development Manager
Company Name – Chubby Cheeks Nurseries
Location: Dubai, UAE
Hiring for a high-calibre Education Sector Business Development Manager with direct experience in growing nurseries and schools in Dubai.
This is a senior, impact-driven role for someone who understands the UAE education landscape inside-out and can lead strategic expansion with confidence, insight, and a strong network.
Sector: Nurseries & K–12 Schools
Level: Senior Management
Key Responsibilities
– Lead end-to-end business development for expanding nurseries and schools across Dubai & UAE.
– Identify, evaluate, and secure new locations, partnerships, and investor opportunities.
– Conduct feasibility studies, market research, competitor benchmarking, and financial projections.
– Drive all approvals and compliance processes (KHDA, ADEK, MOE, Municipality, Civil Defence, DDA, etc.).
– Build and leverage strong networks with developers, landlords, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
– Develop strategic growth plans aligned with Royal Ambition Group’s vision of excellence and innovation.
– Support branding, admissions, and launch plans for new campuses.
Requirements
– Must have proven experience in an identical role within the UAE education sector (nurseries and/or schools).
– Strong track record in opening/expanding educational institutions in Dubai.
– Deep knowledge of KHDA, MOE, ADEK, DHA, Municipality, Civil Defence, and licensing procedures.
– Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management.
– Ability to work independently, deliver under pressure, and drive strategic outcomes.
– Excellent communication, proposal writing, and project management skills.
