Job Position – IT Helpdesk Specialist

This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing organisation working on some very interesting projects across the globe. The IT Helpdesk Specialist will be responsible for providing 1st line technical support to all employees (120 end-users) in Dubai or at the remote sites. This role will be focused on revolving issues with software, hardware, systems, devices and other IT-related systems. In this role, the IT Helpdesk Specialist will be working closely with the IT Manager to ensure that all IT functions are running smoothly without any down time.
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have an Associates degree or higher in computer science, information technology or any related field. They will be looking for candidates that have a minimum of 3+ years working in a technical support role. Experience with the following is essential, Office 365, Helpdesk ticketing systems, ERP Systems and Security Principles. It would be a bonus, for this role, if the ideal candidate has a good understanding of IT Infrastructure. Both written and verbal communication skills in English is essential for this role. A valid driving license and a personal vehicle is also required for this role.
Salary : AED 10000 – AED 15000
