Job Position – IT Infrastructure Specialist

Join a leading retail organization headquartered in Dubai, expanding across the GCC region. This is an excellent opportunity to manage and optimize robust, secure IT infrastructure supporting multi-site operations in an established and growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
– Administer and maintain Windows Server and Linux server environments
– Manage enterprise storage solutions, including HP MSA
– Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot firewalls and network infrastructure
– Support LAN, WAN, VPN, RADIUS, Wi-Fi, and multi-site connectivity
– Administer and support Microsoft 365 services
– Ensure high availability, performance, security, and resilience of IT systems
– Monitor infrastructure health, perform upgrades, and support incident resolution
– Collaborate with internal teams to support business operations and regional offices
Qualifications & Skills:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field
– 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure roles
– Proven expertise supporting enterprise or multi-location environments
– Proficient in Windows Server and Linux server administration
– Strong experience with storage management (HP MSA), firewall and network configuration
– Skilled in LAN, WAN, VPN, RADIUS, Wi-Fi, and multi-site connectivity support
– Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration
– Strong focus on security, high availability, and resilience
