Job Position – IT Inside Sales
Company Name – Cadd Emirates
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 4,000 per month
Joining: Immediate (Candidate must be available in UAE)
Sales Target: No Target
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in IT sales or sales coordination and must be able to handle customers and dealers professionally.
Product Portfolio
-IT Hardware: Laptops, PCs, Printers, Workstations, Servers, UPS, Accessories
-Software: Adobe, Autodesk, Chaos and related solutions
Key Skills
-Strong customer relationship management skills
-Ability to handle high-profile dealers and customers
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Active learner with multitasking ability
-Strong organizational and coordination skills
Primary Responsibilities
-Preparing quotations and handling order processing
-End-to-end sales coordination and delivery follow-ups
-Vendor coordination and procurement activities
-Maintaining sales records and documentation
-Handling customer enquiries and timely follow-ups
-Providing after-sales support and maintaining customer relationships
-Managing high volumes of customer interactions professionally
