Job Position – IT Officer

Job Description
· Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
· Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks (IT Infrastructure, which includes Servers, Storage, Firewall, Switches, Wi-Fi networks, Telephone systems, Desktops, Laptops, CCTV system & Time attendance system)
· Make sure that Servers, Networks, and Applications are working fine all the time.
· Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
· Providing technical support across the company
· Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
· Responsible for setting up site office IT infrastructure.
· Should have good knowledge about server backup and restoration – Troubleshoot server and network issues.
· Should have hands-on experience in Office 365 environment & Firewall management.
· Responsible for Server Room
· Should have good knowledge about Active Directory Domain Controller, File server, DNS, DHCP
· ERP system experience will be an added advantage.
· Testing new technology
· Effective interpersonal skills, ability to listen and communicate well to line management & subordinates.
· Being able to manage one or more teams on multiple projects.
