Job Position – IT Officer

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, systems, hardware, and software.
Provide technical support to branches and Head Office.
Troubleshoot network, system, and application-related issues.
Monitor IT security, backups, and system performance.
Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers.
Support the organization’s IT policies, procedures, and cybersecurity requirements.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Relevant IT experience, preferably in the UAE financial services or exchange house industry.
Strong troubleshooting and networking skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to support multiple branches and work under pressure.
