Job Position – IT Projects & Network Engineer
Company Name – KnowBit
Responsible for managing and delivering IT, networking, cybersecurity, and AV projects. Involves installation, technical support, client coordination, and basic project management activities
Key Responsibilities
-Install, configure, and support networks, servers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi systems
-Diagnose and resolve IT and network-related issues
-Manage basic cybersecurity functions, including firewalls, VPNs, and backups
-Handle meeting room AV systems and video conferencing solutions
-Plan and execute IT and AV projects effectively
-Manage AMC clients, service tickets, and SLAs
-Prepare quotations and basic technical documentation
-Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Required Skills
-Strong knowledge of networking, servers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi
-Basic understanding of cybersecurity and AV systems
-Experience in project handling and vendor coordination
-Good communication and documentation skills

-Hands-on experience in IT and networking
-Experience in managing projects and client relationships
Experience
-2–3 years
Requirement
