Job Position – IT Service Desk Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :
-Handling of support calls and logging in service desk system first Level Support of all System / Hardware / Software /Applications
-Provides level 1 technical support to users for moderately complex computer-related technical problems.
-Troubleshooting Hardware / Networking/ Operating systems/Applications and other related technical queries/issues.
-Answer calls/chats/emails from customers and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
-Respond to tickets/queries/emails within the SLA timelines.
Qualifications :Bachelor’s Degree
