Job Position – IT Service Desk Engineer

Key Job Duties:
Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and application issues.
Handle user incidents and service requests via ticketing systems, phone, email, and chat.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within defined SLAs and escalation procedures.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and related peripherals.
Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, email, and basic network connectivity issues.
Perform user account management (Active Directory, password resets, access provisioning).
Document incidents, resolutions, and maintain knowledge base articles.
Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams and ensure timely follow-up until closure.
