Job Position – IT Service Manager

Are you a seasoned IT professional with a passion for managing and improving IT services?
In this role, you will oversee the IT service management function, ensuring that IT services meet business needs and are delivered efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the IT service management team to deliver high-quality IT services.
Oversee incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
Ensure IT service levels are met, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT services with business objectives.
Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure effective service delivery.
Monitor and report on service performance, driving continuous improvement.
Implement ITIL best practices across the organization.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
10 to 15 Years of experience in IT service management, with at least 8 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management tools.
Proven track record of managing IT services in a complex, dynamic environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
