Experience & Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in IT administration or support
• Proficiency in network management, hardware/software troubleshooting, and IT security
• Knowledge of cloud solutions and business software tools is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset

Responsibilities:
• Manage, maintain, and secure IT infrastructure, networks, and systems
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Implement cybersecurity best practices and safeguard company data
• Support ERP, CRM, and other business applications
• Ensure smooth integration of digital tools across departments
