Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues efficiently
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
Support users with day-to-day IT requirements
Assist with networking and system administration
Manage user access and IT infrastructure-related issues
Diagnose and resolve technical problems with minimal downtime
Provide reliable IT support across the organization

Requirements

Experience in IT Support and troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of hardware and software support
Understanding of networking and system administration
Knowledge of user access and IT infrastructure
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
UAE experience is preferred
