Job Description:
Technical Support and Maintenance:
– Provide technical support to users to resolve issues related to computers, software, and printers.
– Troubleshoot problems with Office 365 services, such as Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.

System and Network Administration:
– Manage user accounts in Microsoft 365, including email setup, software licenses, and permissions.
– Monitor network performance and resolve issues to ensure seamless connectivity with cloud services.

Information Security:
– Implement security policies to protect Microsoft 365 accounts, such as enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
– Monitor suspicious activities via the Microsoft 365 Security Centre and handle security incidents.

DNS Management:
– Manage DNS settings related to Office 365, including MX, CNAME, and TXT records, to ensure email delivery and service functionality.
– Troubleshoot DNS issues to maintain the stability of cloud services
