Job Position – IT Support
Company Name – Intertec Systems
Key Responsibilities:
Setup and troubleshooting PCs/ Printers and other IT Infrastructure operations
MS Windows Server administration and backup
Security policies compliance
Support initiatives in the deployment and support of digital solutions
Knowledge of Network switches and router administration
Promote the use of new tools that improve collaboration within distributed teams
Asset management and maintenance of the hardware database, in particular organization and administration of IT equipment as well as creation and maintenance of documentation
Collaborate with product teams to consistently deliver quality End users /customer support & Train end users.
Skills and Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Computer science or a related field is required.
2 years experience in a similar IT support position and a broad understanding of IT Operations ( Service Operations )
Prior experience with SCCM / ticketing tools like Service Now would be a plus
Experience in Open Text, MS Teams, PowerBI, and JIRA would be a plus
