Job Position – IT Support
Company Name – Al Mazroui Medical Group
Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organization. They may install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults, and solve technical and application problems, either over the phone or in person. Depending on the size of the organization, a technical support officer’s role may span one or more areas of expertise.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
-Responsible for handling the Medical Center Management Information System.
-Responsible for Insurance issues involving IT such as adding different deductibles into the HIS system, adding insurance card copy, adding different TPA, Rate Plans, and Insurance Companies, and doing form design needed to be added in the system to reach the paperless system.
-Responsible for operating, maintaining, and administrating the company’s internal networks, servers, email, and network security systems.
-Configuration and set-up of all new server systems required internally for the company’s activities.
-Attend INSTA -HIS application problem regarding editing, adding deductibles, and fixing problem errors.
-Acts as a technical resource in assisting users to resolve problems with equipment and data; implements solutions or notifies outsource providers as required. Serves as a principal source of information on equipment problems.
-Managing and monitoring CCTV and LAN/WAN networks
-Prepare documentation and conduct ADHICS standards.
Experience/Skills Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in information technology or relevant
-2+ years experience in healthcare
Good knowledge of healthcare regulations and procedures.
