– IT Infrastructure & End-User Support
– Networking, Routing & Switching
– Microsoft 365 & Active Directory
– Servers, Firewalls, VPN & IT Security
– CCTV & Access Control Systems
– AV & Video Conferencing Systems
– ERP & Business Applications
– Smart Home / IoT Systems
Requirements:
– Minimum of 3 years of relevant IT experience
– Strong troubleshooting and networking skills
– Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure and business applications
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills
– Relevant IT certifications are an advantage
