IT Support Engineer

– Operating Systems: Windows 10/11, macOS (optional), basic Linux familiarity.
– Management Tools: Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Intune, Autopilot.
– Directory Services: Active Directory, Group Policy.
– Networking Basics: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
– Remote Support Tools: Microsoft Remote Desktop
– Security Tools: Antivirus, encryption (BitLocker), MFA tools.
– Scripting: Basic PowerShell for automation.
– Imaging & Deployment: PXE boot, MDT, Autopilot.Soft Skills
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
– Excellent communication (both with IT teams and non-technical users).
– Ability to work under SLA-driven environments.
– Documentation and knowledge base management.
– Customer service orientation and patience.
