Job Position – IT Support Engineer
Company Name – Finesse Direct
Location: Dubai
3-month extendable contract.
Minimum 4 to 5+ years of experience as IT Support Engineer, primarily on Microsoft on prim and cloud technologies (Minimum 5 years in managing cloud environment).
Experience in managing Dell, HP infrastructure.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Technical Skills:
Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role with 4 to 6 years experience.
Hands-on experience with Windows OS environments, with experience to build new laptops/desktops with new image/upgrade with Microsoft Intune.
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues of hardware and applications (MS Office, MS Outlook)
Basic networking skills to troubleshoot WiFi network connectivity
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
Degree in any field, preferred in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
Additional certification in Microsoft, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus
