Job Position – IT Support Engineer

Contract Duration: 6 Months extendable (1 year + based on performance)

Job Summary:
The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and software applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users in person, over the phone, or via remote tools.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
Identify and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and software applications.
Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure efficient and effective resolution of technical problems.
Document and maintain accurate records of technical support activities and solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems.
Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
