– Configure and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, networking, firewall, CCTV, and access control systems
– Handle AMC support tickets and technical escalations
– Provide remote and on-site technical support
– Assist during installation, testing, and commissioning
– Maintain basic technical and service documentation
– Coordinate with vendors when required
– UAE driving license is preferred for on-site support activities
