Job Position – IT Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide first and second-level support for hardware, software, and network issues
– Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
– Manage and monitor systems, backups, and security updates
– Support end-users on-site and ensure minimal downtime
– Coordinate with vendors and escalate complex issues when necessary
Requirements:
– 2–4 years of hands-on IT support experience
– Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and basic hardware
– Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– Must be currently based in the UAE or ready to relocate immediately
