Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
-Provide support for computers, printers, networks, and applications
-Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
-Manage helpdesk tickets and user accounts/access
-Monitor system performance and ensure business continuity
-Generate reports on support tickets and recurring issues
Experience & Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
– 1–3 years of IT support/helpdesk experience
– Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
– Knowledge of hardware, software, and networks
– Familiarity with ticketing systems
