Job Position – IT Support & Systems Administrator

Location: Qatar (Preference will be given to locally available candidates)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
– Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components to ensure usability.
– Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, including APs and switches.
– Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
– Repair or replace damaged hardware and upgrade systems for software compatibility.
– Install and update anti-virus software to maintain system security at the user level.
– Conduct tests and evaluations of new software and hardware.
– Serve as the first point of contact for user support and error reporting.
– Establish and maintain strong working relationships with all departments and colleagues.
– Perform daily backup operations and manage IT documentation.
– Support and manage IT projects, ensuring timely completion.
– Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
– Provide application support, back-end support, and ERP implementation throughout the organization.
– Offer remote assistance when needed.
– Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, Azure.
– Utilize security tools such as Microsoft Defender to protect systems from threats.
– Manage IT inventory and assets efficiently.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in IT support, system administration, and network troubleshooting.
– Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
– Familiarity with security tools such as Microsoft Defender.
– Strong knowledge of ERP systems and IT project management.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
– Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified, Network+, CCNA) are a plus.
