Job Position – IT System Administator
Location : Dubai, UAE
Industry: Freight Forwarding / Logistics
Salary: AED 6,000 + benefits as per UAE Labour Law
Experience: 7–8 years
Joining: Immediate
Visa: Candidates on Cancelled Visa or Visit Visa preferred
Must be able to handle multiplelocations
Key Responsibilities:
Manage LAN, WAN, VPN & Wi-Fi networks
Configure and maintain servers
Manage Active Directory, Domain Controller & Microsoft 365
Monitor firewalls, routers, switches & access points
Manage VOIP phone systems
Provide hardware & software technical support
Manage user accounts, permissions & email backups
Install and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals & mobile devices
Manage websites, domains & third-party portals
Create/manage users for government & third-party portals
Support operations with vendor & government portal registrations
Manage IT inventory and third-party service contracts
Technical Skills:
Active Directory & Microsoft 365 Administration
Firewall, Site-to-Site VPN & Networking
Windows, Mac & MS Office
Server Management & Backups
Network Configuration & Troubleshooting
Mobile Apps & System Upgrades
