Job Position – IT Team Lead
Company Name – Raqmiyat
Job Location – Dubai, UAE.
Contract Duration – 12 Months Extendable Contract.
Maximum 30 Days of Notice Period.
Skills Required:
8+ years along with Team Handling Experience.
Experience in Manage Engine and Reporting
Perform all managed services activities
Develop and implement an IT Services continuous improvement framework, including processes, activities, projects and migrations in order to achieve IT Services Standardization and Automation
Managing the entire infrastructure scope as per ITIL Best Practices
Meet the required service levels and response times (SLA’s)
Asset Management & License management (Microsoft or any other vendors)
