Job Position – IT/ Technical Support Engineer
Company Name – Emdad
Location : Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities:
-Provide Level 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, networks, and end-user systems
-Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, applications, and peripherals
-Manage user accounts, access controls, and permissions (e.g., Azure AD & other SaaS platforms)
-Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT equipment
-Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues
-Maintain accurate documentation for systems, processes, and support procedures
-Support onboarding and offboarding of employees, including device provisioning and access management
-Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices
-Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
-Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
-experience in an IT support or service desk role
-Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL, Microsoft certifications).
