Hiring for IT Technician for Samsung C&T (DAS Island) in Abu Dhabi ,Local Candidates Required.
Job Description:
Candidate should have MCSE & CCNA Basic Knowledge.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT Support and Admin work.
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Maintaining databases and ensuring system security.
Diagnosing the source of users’ IT problems.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong knowledge of technology platforms and environments
Outstanding ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing
