Job Position – Facility Maintenance Supervisor

Hiring for a skilled and experienced to oversee daily operations, ensure quality service delivery, and lead maintenance teams across multiple sites.
Requirements:
-Valid QID (Qatar ID) with transferable visa
-Qatar Driving License (Mandatory)
-Minimum 3–5 years experience in facility maintenance / MEP
-Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing systems
-Proven experience in team supervision & client coordination
-Good communication and reporting skills
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and manage maintenance teams
-Ensure timely completion of PPM & corrective works
-Coordinate with clients and internal teams
-Monitor quality, safety, and performance standards
-Prepare reports and handle site documentation
