Job Position – IT Technician
Location: Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Work Schedule: 6 Days/Week

If you’re a fresh graduate ready to kickstart your career in IT and support critical infrastructure in a fast-paced construction environment
Key Responsibilities:
-Install, configure, and maintain hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices)
-Provide basic network support, including cabling, connectivity, and router configuration
-Assist in maintaining basic cybersecurity protocols and ensuring safe IT practices
-Troubleshoot software and hardware issues quickly and efficiently
-Install and update Microsoft Office Suite and Windows OS ?
-Provide on-site IT support for construction sites and regional project offices
-Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and ensure its optimal functionality
-Support employees with technical issues and provide clear communication and guidance
-Document IT processes and incident resolutions for internal reference
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
– Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
– Basic knowledge of networking concepts and cybersecurity principles
– Hands-on skills in hardware/software troubleshooting
– Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office installation/maintenance
– Willingness to travel to and support remote project locations when needed
– Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
