Job Position – ITS Engineer

To join our team and play a key role in operating and maintaining critical ITS infrastructure across Dubai.
Will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and performance of ITS systems, with a strong focus on CCTV, RVDs, RWIS, and other ITS devices. This role ensures high system availability, compliance with client standards, and effective coordination with the Control Center, maintenance teams, and HSE departments.
Key Responsibilities
Operate, configure, and maintain CCTV systems using Milestone Video Management System
Monitor live and recorded video via Milestone Smart Client & Management Client
Install, inspect, clean, and maintain CCTV cameras, poles, cabinets, housings, lenses, and cabling
Diagnose and rectify CCTV issues (video loss, recording failures, storage, power, network)
Replace or repair faulty cameras, cables, connectors, power supplies, and accessories
Ensure firmware, software, licenses, and configurations meet client requirements
Install, configure, calibrate, and maintain RVDs & RWIS
Troubleshoot detection accuracy, communication, power, and alignment issues
Execute scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance
Supervise ITS Technicians and monitor field performance
Coordinate with Control Center, Call Center, and interdependent ITS teams
Ensure monthly service availability KPIs are achieved
Prepare maintenance reports and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Monitor spare parts availability with Store Keeper
Coordinate with HSE to ensure full compliance with safety and environmental standards
Maintain permits, licenses, and approvals
Support client QHSE audits and inspections
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or related field
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in ITS systems
Strong experience with Milestone Video Management System
Good troubleshooting, coordination, and reporting skills
