Job Position – Junior Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities
– Plan and execute digital campaigns across social media, email, website, and other digital channels.
– Manage social media content and support content creation.
– Drive subscriber growth, auction registrations, engagement, and bidding activity.
– Create and manage email marketing and CRM campaigns.
– Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, CRM, and social media insights.
– Analyze customer behavior and recommend ways to improve engagement and conversion.
– Conduct competitor and digital market research.
– Coordinate with the commercial team on auctions, promotions, and events.
What We’re Looking For:
– Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
– 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, or a related role with hands-on understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, email marketing, and digital content.
– Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, CRM, and email marketing platforms.
– Strong written communication and content creation skills.
Creative mindset combined with an interest in data and performance.
Experience or interest in luxury watches, luxury retail, e-commerce, or auctions would be an advantage.
