Job Position – Junior IT Support Staff

Requirements:
– Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
– Relevant IT certifications will be an added advantage
– 1 – 3 years of experience in IT Support / Help Desk / Technical Support roles
– Experience in workstation setup, system configuration, and troubleshooting
– Experience supporting Windows-based environments and network systems
– Must have a valid QID
