Job Position – Junior Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
-Perform daily administrative and office support tasks
-Handle data entry, spreadsheets, and reporting using MS Excel
-Create professional PowerPoint presentations for meetings and business purposes
-Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
-Support different departments with general administrative requirements
Requirements:
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Experience creating and formatting PowerPoint presentations
-Previous experience in office administration or similar administrative roles
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Attention to detail and ability to work independently
