Job Position – Junior Talent Acquisition Executive
Company Name – Vincitore Realty
Location: Dubai, UAE
Position: Full-Time
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year
Availability: Must be currently in Dubai & ready to join immediately
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and headhunting candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
-Sourcing candidates via platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri Gulf, and other job portals
-Conducting initial interviews for junior-level positions
-Building strong talent pipelines through active headhunting and networking
-Screening and shortlisting CVs based on job requirements
Requirements:
-At least 1 year of experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role
-Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Naukri Gulf, LinkedIn, etc.
-Proven ability to handle end-to-end recruitment
-Experience from home country will also be considered
-Must be currently based in Dubai – applications from outside the UAE will not be considered
