1) Assistant Sous Chef
-Lead and manage daily kitchen operations
-Strong experience in both Sushi and Hot Kitchen preparation required
-Supervise and motivate the culinary team
-Ensure excellent food quality, hygiene, and food safety standards
2) Chef de Partie
-Manage and operate a designated kitchen section
-Experience in both Sushi and Hot Kitchen is essential
-Maintain consistency, presentation, and kitchen organization.
3) 2x Demi Chef de Partie – Teppanyaki and Sushi
-Prepare and present Teppanyaki dishes with precision and flair.
-Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food quality standards.
