Job Position – Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor

Requirements:-
-Managing and Supervising Staff: and coordinating the work of stewards, ensuring they adhere to established procedures and standards.
-Providing training to stewards on proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, safety protocols, and sanitation standards.
-Monitoring inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ordering replenishments as needed.
-Inspecting work areas and equipment to ensure cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards.
-Creating work schedules for stewards to ensure adequate coverage during peak times and special events.
-Addressing any issues or complaints related to cleanliness or sanitation promptly and effectively.
-Working closely with other departments, such as kitchen staff and housekeeping, to maintain cleanliness and efficiency throughout the establishment.
-Overall, the Stewarding Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean and sanitary environment, which is essential for the smooth operation
Qualifications:-
-Higher Secondary school diploma in hospitality management, culinary arts, or a related field.
-Good Communication Skill
-A strong understanding of sanitation and hygiene practices in a food service environment is essential.
-Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards is also important.
-Previous Working experience as a stewarding Supervisor in similar Positions in 4/5 Star Hotels
-Strong Knowledge HACCP Procedure and protocol
