Job Position – L1 IT & Network Engineer

ProVise Integrated Solutions is looking for a Level 1 IT & Network Support Engineer to join our team onsite in ABU DHABI , UAE on a yearly renewable

Role Overview:
– Work alongside L2/L3 support engineers
– Provide L1-level support for IT systems, network, and cybersecurity
– Assist in troubleshooting, basic configuration, and end-user support
– Offer hands-on helpdesk and technical support in a professional business environment
– Support overall IT infrastructure and architecture under supervision

Requirements:
– Valid Work Visa in ABU DHABI , UAE
– Valid UAE Driving License
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Proficient in spoken and written English
– Sound knowledge of the IT industry, cybersecurity, networking, and IT solutions
– 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar IT support role
