Job Position – L1 IT Support Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT professional to join our team as an L1 IT Support Engineer. If you have a strong background in desktop support, networking, VoIP, and troubleshooting, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide onsite IT support for end-users
– Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and VoIP issues
– Assist with firewall, WiFi, and network switching support
– Perform daily health checks on IT infrastructure
– Escalate complex issues to backend support teams
Required Skills:
– Minimum 2 years of IT support experience
– Proficiency in desktop support, networking, and troubleshooting
– Hands-on experience with hardware, software & IT systems
– Familiarity with Windows, MacOS, and M365
– Strong problem-solving and communication skills
