Job Position – L1 Support Engineer

Experience: 3-5 years
Education: B.E/B.Tech (Mandatory)
Responsibilities:
-Serve as the first point of contact for IT support queries
-Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
-Manage and track support tickets to resolution
-Maintain documentation and create knowledge base articles
-Conduct training sessions on basic IT processes
-Provide remote assistance and install/configure software & hardware
-Collaborate with IT teams for complex issues
Skills We’re Looking For:
-Knowledge of Windows/macOS, networking basics & ITSM
-Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and manage time effectively
-Awareness of cybersecurity principles and IT policies
Bonus: Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certifications are a plus!
