Job Position – L1 Technical Support

Join this esteemed team as an L1 Technical Support specialist in Abu Dhabi! You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless IT operations and providing top-notch support for a variety of devices and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide L1 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
– Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS and corporate applications.
– Assist users with email, VPN, remote access, and authentication issues.
– Perform on-site support for workstation setups and network connectivity.
– Manage incidents through ServiceNow and resolve support requests promptly.
– Update support tickets with detailed notes and ensure timely resolutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Minimum 3 years of experience in L1 technical support.
– Notice period: Immediate or within 1 month preferred.
– Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and common corporate applications (e.g., JDK, Eclipse, Citrix).
– Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
– Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
