10th or Diploma in the relevant field.
Minimum 2 Years Experience.
Proven experience as a South Indian Cook or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of South Indian recipes, ingredients, spices, and cooking techniques.
Ability to prepare food in large quantities (for catering or restaurants, if needed).
Familiarity with kitchen equipment used in South Indian cooking.
