Job Position – Talent Acquisition Specialist

Hiring for a highly motivated and results-oriented to join our Group of Companies. The ideal candidate should possess strong recruitment expertise in the UAE market and have a proven track record in managing high-volume recruitment across multiple business sectors.

Mandatory Requirements
-Master’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field
-3–5 years of UAE recruitment experience
-Immediate joiners required
– Experience in Construction, Manufacturing, or Fabrication industries is mandatory
-Proven experience in bulk recruitment and mass hiring campaigns
-Experience recruiting for all organizational levels, from blue-collar workers to senior management
-Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
-Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring timelines
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
-Good knowledge of UAE labor market trends and recruitment practices

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for multiple companies within the Group.
Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to identify workforce requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and shortlisting.
Handle bulk hiring requirements for operational and project-based recruitment needs.
Recruit for all levels, including:
Blue-collar workforce
White-collar staff
Technical and engineering roles
Supervisory and managerial positions
Senior management and leadership roles
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
Draft and post job advertisements across relevant recruitment platforms.
Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct reference checks and support offer negotiations.
Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining quality hiring standards.
Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and manpower status updates.
Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
