Job Position – L2 Engineer Network & Systems
Company Name – Eminds
Location : Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: AED 13,000 – 16,000
Travel: 0%–25%
Key Responsibilities
-Level-2 escalation support for network, server & CCTV systems
-Design & troubleshoot LAN/WAN/SD-WAN and routing (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP)
-Support switching (VLANs, STP, QoS) and secure remote access (VPN/IPSec)
-Manage virtualized environments (VMware, KVM, Docker, Kubernetes)
-Perform advanced troubleshooting, RCA, and preventive actions
-Monitor systems using Grafana, PRTG, SNMP, Syslog
-Support patching, upgrades, documentation & change management
-Mentor L1 engineers and collaborate with architects & vendors
What You Need
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field
– 5–8 years in networks, servers & video systems
– Strong routing & switching expertise
– Windows & Linux server administration
– IP CCTV / video analytics experience
– Certifications (CCNP, VCP, ITIL) are a plus
