Job Position – L2 IT Support Engineers – Floor-Walk & Device Support
Company Name – Quess Corp Middle East
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Contract: 4 months
Seeking experienced L2 IT Support Engineers with hands-on expertise in end-user support, device management and troubleshooting across Windows and macOS environments.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide onsite end-user and floor-walk support across Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365 environments.
– Support Windows device reconfiguration, Entra ID joining, Intune enrolment and device compliance.
– Assist with macOS device onboarding and troubleshooting through Jamf.
– Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.
– Support Windows 365 Cloud PC access, device provisioning issues, software installation, patching and printer connectivity.
