Job Position – Lab Assistant
Company Name – Jumbo Force
Salary 4000 AED Including Accommodation, Transportation and food.
Requirement
Collection of samples of RM, PM, FG, 3P products from various sources within the company and timely analysis and release
Updation and maintenance of quality records
Documentation and record maintenance as per ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, 5S, Lean, Six sigma in QC labs
Monitoring of lab equipment calibration and maintenance frequency
Ensure process controls are implemented
Carry out Batch audits, Quality and safety walk around, Dock audit, Kaizen, Pokayoke etc.,
Support new product development, customer sample testing, product bench marking and alternatives development
Take up new and continuous improvement initiatives as per business requirements
Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager or deemed necessary for effective business operation
Maintain high standards of SHE in workplace
Work in shifts
