Landscape Maintenance Engineer
Location Dubai
1) Supervise, support, and train the maintenance team to achieve the best possible results in maintenance and to the client’s satisfaction.
2) Prepare and keep up-to-date maintenance file which includes, the maintenance team, maintenance schedule and maintenance equipments.
3) Communicate promptly to clients/consultants and documents and document all communications.
4) Prepare accurate and timely reports and submit to DM and any other authorities.
5) Ensure the disease control measure for grass, plants and trees are in place.
6) Responsible for timely and successful completion of softscaping of all projects.
7) Visit Project sites, study the planting plan before starting any planting work and ensure the site is ready for planting.
8) Visit Plant nurseries to ensure we selected trees, plants, and shrubs that are best quality.
9) Manage and supervise of the Maintenance team for Landscape, softscape, waterscape projects.
Qualification
– Horticulture Engineer Degree
– Worked as Landscape & Waterscapes Maintenance Engineer.
– UAE work Experience 5-6 yrs.
– Ualid UAE Driving License.
