1) Chef de Partie (CDP)
Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai/UAE
– Valid PIC Certificate is mandatory
– Strong knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and kitchen operations
– Ability to manage a section independently
– Team player with excellent communication skills
– Available to join immediately
2) Sous Chef
Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai/UAE
– Valid PIC Certificate is mandatory
– Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
– Experience in inventory control, food costing, and quality standards
– Ability to supervise and train kitchen staff
– Available to join immediately
