Business Unit: Digital Transformation
In this role as Lead Business Analyst role, you will design, develop, and implement efficient business, financial, and operations systems to support business processes. You will work alongside the whole team and report directly to the program manager and PMO LEAD, gather and analyze data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.

Key Responsibilities
• Works with internal or external stakeholders to identify and clarify complex business requirements and Conduct meetings with decision makers, stakeholders to define business, financial, and operations requirements.
• Capture the business requirements, provide record of the requirements.
• include the new business process flows, project documentation as required by the team.
• Analyses issues using structured methods, identifying opportunities for improvement and their potential implications.
• Evaluates new developments and progressing business requirements, recommends appropriate alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems.
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and propose solutions.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Work with the PMO performing requirements analysis, Documenting, and communicating the results to the team.
• Create proposals, perform cost-benefit and ROI analyses to support leadership in making decisions.
• Create systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction, Helping in bridge the gap between Business requirements and data at hand.
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings and Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems and provide guidance and/or instruction to junior staff members.
• Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures in Continuous improvement environment.

Minimum Work Experience
-Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field with reputable top 5 -Management Consulting companies
