Job Position – Learning & Development Specialist

To drive the end-to-end delivery of our learning and development agenda across the organisation.
The role will focus on:
Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and capability-gap assessment
Annual training calendar and learning programme management
Training budget management and vendor coordination
Training delivery and facilitation
Learning content design and development
Leadership development and career planning
Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
Mandatory, regulatory and accreditation-related training
Evaluation of learning effectiveness and continuous improvement
Who can translate organisational capability needs into meaningful learning interventions and create engaging learning experiences for employees across corporate and clinical environments.
