Legal Associate

Experience Required
– Minimum 2–4 years of post-qualification experience with focus on corporate & commercial law
– Excellent drafting skills gained from a reputed law / legal consultancy firm

Key Responsibilities & Competencies
– Drafting & reviewing simple and complex contracts: Lease Agreements, Sale & Purchase Agreements, Distribution Agreements, EPC Contracts, Joint Venture Agreements, etc.
– Providing legal consultation and advice on a wide range of matters including commercial, civil, criminal, and regulatory issues
– Strong background in corporate secretarial & governance functions
– Drafting legal opinions / reports on UAE laws including Civil Transaction Law, Company Law, Real Estate, Construction, Insurance, Commercial Agency & Bankruptcy Law
– Advising and ensuring compliance with ADGM & DIFC laws
– Maintaining legal databases and providing training to enhance legal awareness
– (Preferred) Background in Banking & Finance law
