Job Position – Logistics Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations
-Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and freight activities
-Handle import/export procedures and customs clearance documentation
-Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers
-Maintain shipping documentation, bill of lading, and logistics records
-Support warehouse and inventory coordination activities
-Monitor logistics performance and support process improvements
-Assist with cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives
Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years of logistics or supply chain experience
-Strong understanding of freight coordination and international shipping
– Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs clearance
-Familiarity with Incoterms, logistics software, and ERP systems
-Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
-Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities
-Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
-UAE market knowledge preferred
